Chatting with Diggy

Chatting with Diggy allows you to ask questions and have conversations around the information available in your Diggspace.

To start chatting with Diggy, all you have to do is open the chat page by clicking Diggy's icon next to your avatar in the top navigation bar.

This will lead you to your chat with Diggy, where you can view all your conversations and start new ones.

From here, you can send a message to start a new conversation, or open one of your existing conversations on the side to continue it.
Diggy can also speak multiple languages, so make sure to choose the language you want to chat in.

Support content

When you send a message, Diggy will look for relevant keywords in your messages, and use those to search Diggspace for relevant content to answer your question.
Each answer given by Diggy will return the support content that it found in the portal, and will let you know which content was used to answer each part of your question!
