Managing user roles

There are two approaches to managing user roles, depending on the type of management you are doing.

Manage the roles of a specific user

Use this option to give a specific user one or more roles
  1. Go to User Management from the user menu
  2. Search for the user you want to manage, click the three dots, and click Edit
  3. From the user editor, click on the tab Groups

  4. From here, you'll be able to add or remove the groups that the user belongs to. Choose the groups that give the appropriate roles to the user.

Manage all users that have a specific role

Use this option to view and manage which users have a specific role
  1. Go to User Management from the user menu
  2. Click on the GROUPS button tab to go into the group management page
  3. Search for the group that you want to manage, click on the three dots, and click Manage group users

  4. On this page, you'll be able to add and remove users. You may also import users in bulk by using an Excel spreadsheet.
