Activating Diggy
Diggy is currently in a beta test, therefore, in order to activate Diggy, you have to reach out to your support contact to enroll in the beta program.
Keep in mind that Diggy will be updated frequently, and we heavily appreciate your feedback regarding your experience using Diggy.
Controlling Access to Diggy
By default, Diggy is available to all users in Diggspace.
If you want to limit the access your users have to Diggy, you can enable it for administrators only.
To limit Diggy to administrators, follow these steps:
- Go to Global Settings > Integrations > Diggy.
- Activate the toggle titled "Available only for administrators".
- Save the settings.
From then on, only users with the role Global Admin or Diggy Admin will be able to access Diggy. The remaining users will not be able to view or interact Diggy.
Making the most out of Diggy
Diggy will use the information present in your Diggspace, therefore, you need to ensure that the information in the portal is up-to-date and complete.
